About distant energy work...

Energy can transcend time and space.  As practitioners, we are trained to tap into this energy and direct it toward our clients, no matter where they are in the world.

Distance energy work is a powerful form of healing that allows the transformational benefits of energy healing to be shared across any  distance. 

Unlike in-person sessions where the practitioner and client are in the same physical space, distance energy work relies on the principles of energy and intention to facilitate healing and well-being. 

Distance treatments are carried out as if you were here with me. I start by cleansing myself and the space, and I place a piece of paper with your name written onto it on the bed, surrounded by beautiful, cleansed healing crystals. 

I envisage you as if you were there, and as I connect to you I intuitively feel which energy centres and parts of your body are holding blockages and trauma. I set the intention to heal and visualise sending healing energy into these areas.

Often I will be given messages or information during the treatment that I have been shown to pass on to you. Sometimes we have the energies from mother nature, the angelic realm, flower, animal or healing geometric shape energies come in to help with your healing process, I will always relay anything that comes up for you at the end of the treatment. 

I stay focused on clearing the blocked areas of your body for as long as I feel you need, clearing up any stagnant energy and channelling positive energy to help revive your life force flow. 

At the end of the treatment I place powerful positive healing symbols around you and ground you to the earth. I then place your name into a box filled with rose quartz crystals and positive intent, which I will keep for a couple of days to maximise your healing experience.

Once the healing or clearing experience is complete,  I will send you an energy reading via voice note, to let you know of what I felt for you during the treatment, what we worked on, what energetic tools we used and anything guidance that came up for you to be aware of at this time. 

During distance energy treatments it is common for you to feel very relaxed, see different colours as we heal the chakras, receive intuitive downloads and messages, feel sensations in the body such as tingling, or hot or cold, feel energy lifting from the body, to fall asleep or to experience a big release of emotions.
