Distance Energy Healing: Understanding Its Benefits

Energy is not limited by physical distance. Distance Reiki and remote energy healing offer a beautiful way to experience the deeply relaxing and restorative benefits of Reiki from the comfort of your own home, wherever you are in the world.

At Ahshara Healing, I offer personalised distance Reiki treatments designed to support relaxation, emotional wellbeing, energetic balance and your individual healing journey. Each session is intuitively guided and created around what you need at that particular moment.

Whether you are looking for distance Reiki in the UK, online energy healing or a remote Reiki session from anywhere in the world, you can receive your treatment without needing to travel or be physically present with me.

What is Distance Reiki

Distance Reiki, sometimes referred to as remote Reiki or distant energy healing, is a form of energy work that takes place without the practitioner and client being physically together.

Rather than working within the same physical space, distance Reiki uses intention, visualisation and established Reiki practices to create a focused healing session remotely.

Your treatment takes place in a calm, peaceful environment, allowing you to relax wherever you feel most comfortable — whether that is at home, in bed or somewhere quiet where you will not be disturbed.

What happens during your Distance Reiki treatment

During your distance Reiki session, I approach your treatment as though you were physically present with me.

Before beginning, I cleanse myself and the healing space and create a peaceful environment for your treatment. I then use your name as a focus for the session, surrounded by carefully selected and cleansed healing crystals.

I intuitively connect with your energy and focus on areas that may feel energetically blocked, stagnant or in need of attention.

Your session is guided intuitively, allowing the treatment to unfold according to what arises during your healing journey.

I may incorporate a combination of Usui Reiki, Karuna Reiki, Angelic Reiki, crystals, essential oils, visualisation and intuitive energy healing, depending on what feels appropriate during your session.

Throughout the treatment, I may receive intuitive impressions, messages or guidance relating to your current circumstances. These insights are shared with you after your treatment as part of your personalised energy reading.

What might you experience during your Distance Reiki treatment

Everyone experiences Reiki differently, and there is no right or wrong way to receive a distance healing treatment.

During or after your session, you may experience:

• A deep sense of relaxation and calm
• Tingling, warmth or cool sensations
• A feeling of lightness within the body
• Emotional release
• Changes in energy or mood
• Seeing colours or visualisations while relaxing
• Feeling deeply grounded or peaceful
• Becoming sleepy or falling asleep
• Intuitive thoughts, feelings or insights

Some people experience sensations during their treatment, while others simply feel relaxed and peaceful. Your experience will be completely individual to you.

Your personalised Energy Reading

Once your distance Reiki treatment is complete, I will send you a personalised voice note sharing what I intuitively picked up during your session.

Your energy reading may include:

• The areas of your energy I focused on
• Chakras or energetic centres that came into focus
• What I intuitively sensed during your treatment
• The Reiki and healing techniques used
• Any intuitive messages or guidance that arose
• Suggestions for supporting yourself following your treatment

This gives you the opportunity to reflect on your session and understand more about the energetic work that took place.
