The Deep Energy Reset is a longer, immersive Reiki healing experience designed to gently clear energetic heaviness, restore balance, and reconnect you with yourself.  

Your session includes 50 minutes of intuitive Reiki healing, followed by a 10-minute intuitive energy reading where I share what I sensed during your treatment and offer gentle guidance around what your energy may be asking for.  

A perfect choice if you’ve been feeling emotionally drained, overwhelmed, or stuck.  

Leave feeling calmer, lighter, clearer, and energetically restored.

DIVINE ENERGY RENEWAL  

90 minutes | £70  

A deeply restorative healing experience for times when you’re ready to give your whole energy system some loving attention.  

Your journey starts with a 10-minute guided meditation to help ground your energy and set an intention for your healing.  

You then receive 70 minutes of intuitive Reiki and chakra-focused energy healing, allowing for energetic clearing, balancing, and deep relaxation.  

Following your healing, we’ll take 10 minutes to reflect on your session, sharing any intuitive insights or guidance that came through during the treatment.  

Your session also includes an intuitive angel card pull for additional guidance to take with you.  

This is my deepest Reiki experience at Ahshara Healing, beautifully suited for anyone feeling energetically depleted, emotionally heavy, or ready for a deeper reset.
